We also keep basic technical records such as pages visited and device type, to keep the site running and to see what is used.

Who sees it

Your enquiry goes to the agency and agent handling that listing, and only to them. Agencies keep their own client records private from other agencies and from the platform operator. We do not sell your details.

How long we keep it

We keep your account details while your account is open. Enquiries stay with the agency that received them under its own practices.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your account, and you can unsubscribe from search alerts at any time. Use the contact page to make a request.
