Is DXB Facts a brokerage?

No. It is a marketplace. The agencies and agents named on each page are the ones you deal with, and they are responsible for their own listings and agreements.

Do I pay anything to use the site?

Browsing, saving searches and contacting agents is free for buyers and tenants. Any commission or fee is agreed directly with the agent, so ask for it in writing before you go ahead.

What is an off-plan property?

A home bought from the developer before it is finished. You usually pay in stages set out in a payment plan, and the keys come at handover. Our guide to off-plan payment plans and escrow explains the details.

How do I know a listing is genuine?

Look for the advertising permit number on the listing and check it, along with the agent's registration number, on the official DLD channels. Our guide on checking a listing has the steps.

Agents update their own listings, so prices and availability can change. Confirm the current price and status with the agent before you visit.
