What the site is

DXB Facts is a marketplace. Listings and projects are published by the agencies and agents named on each page. DXB Facts is not a party to any sale, lease or other agreement between you and an agent, and does not act as your broker.

Listing information

Prices, availability, sizes and descriptions come from the agencies and can change without notice. Check the details, and the advertising permit number, with the agent and the official DLD channels before you pay a deposit or sign anything.

Your account

Keep your password private and give us accurate details. Do not post false, misleading or unlawful content, and do not misuse the site or other people's data.

For agencies and agents

You are responsible for the accuracy of your listings, for holding the required RERA registrations and permits, and for how you handle the enquiries you receive.

Liability

We work to keep the site accurate and available, but we cannot promise it will always be error-free. To the extent the law allows, DXB Facts is not liable for decisions you make based on listing content.

Changes

We may update these terms. Continued use of the site means you accept the current version.
